JON URRUTIA, Errabal’s new discovery

Full of original compositions, this album was put together with the help and collaboration of a number of exceptional musicians, some of which belong to the Carmen Paris band.

The album is a combination of different formations: piano solos, trios with drums and double bass, and quintets with percussion and saxophone – all under the direction of Jon Urrutia.

This is the third album published by the record label Errabal, the jazz partner of Gaztelupeko Hotsak. The first was an album by the Miren Aranburu Ensenble, followed by San Pau 44. Jon Urrutia is the company’s latest discovery.

This wonderful Basque jazz album will come out this winter, and is bound to be a huge success among lovers of contemporary jazz.
