Marcelo Escrich Silent Quartet

Born in the corridors of the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Navarra, the Silent Trio has harvested widespread critical acclaim in projects including the Charlie Haden Songbook (2016), a tribute album to the prestigious North American double bassist. The group, today a quartet, is made up of the sax player Alberto Arteta, guitarist Luis Giménez, double bassist Marcelo Escrich, and the latest arrival, Mikel Andueza, a major reference among sax players in the national Jazz scene. On this occasion, they are led by their double bassist and adopt the name Marcelo Escrich Silent Quartet to present their project Chamber Chronicles.
