The principles of Flakutt goes back, in the first instance, to the creation of workshop Uharte txalaparta (UTT, Uharteko Txalaparta Taillerra) in 1990. Always present in the cultural activities of Uharte, in 1995 the workshop went out of town to find new horizons, share and learn with elsewhere Txalapartaris.
