The members of Bide Ertzean have never been slaves to fashion. The band emerged as an acoustic alternative to Deabruak Teilatuetan and later participated in the multimedia project “Dena lanbrotute ikustot”. The group was formed in 1998 by Joni, Karlos and Ima, and since that time has recorded one maxidisk and three LPs. From modest beginnings, the band is now a major pop-rock group that also incorporates the guitarist Fran Iturbe. Right from its very earliest days, Kaki Arkarazo has lent the band his support as producer, technician and unofficial fifth member.
