ZIZURKIL Blues gaua, the festival that takes place in the Basque city, this year reaches its 22nd edition. After some events in which there was no other choice but to do it outdoors, it has returned to its original format: to the premises, to the bars.
After the success obtained in previous editions and despite being in a complicated time to give continuity to many projects, the City Council of the town has decided to continue organizing the event. Thus, in February we will have the opportunity to listen to proposals from the Basque Country and other places. Offering the best of their harvest. In acoustic and electric format. Free entry, of course.

– Noa & The Hell Drinkers
The San Sebastian group Noa & The Hell Drinkers, after winning the first prize in the prestigious European Blues Challenge competition in 2023, continues with their tour “Hell’s The New Heaven 23/24” that has taken them to perform in European countries such as Spain, France, Norway, Germany, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Romania, Poland and Portugal.
The band was formed in 2016 and has already released three albums: Noa & The Hell Drinkers (2018), Craft Blues (2020) and Hell’s The New Heaven (2023). Their latest work has been named album of the month in the United Kingdom by the “UK Independent Blues Broadcasters Association”.
A fantastic voice, that of Noa Egiguren, accompanied by a great band, with live performances full of feeling, energy and passion for the blues, rhythm & blues, rock, funk…

If we bring together on the same stage the historic harmonica player Ñaco Goñi (Tonky Blues Band, Jokers, Malcolm Scarpa, Ñaco Goñi and Bluescavidas), with a true reference of the piano blues like the pianist and singer from San Sebastian Paul San Martin (Stay Blues, Paul San Martin trio, The Fake Cousins) and we add the guitarist and singer from Granada Fernando Beiztegui, completing the line-up with the Catalan drummer Martí Elías (Mambo Jambo, Ray Gelato), La Blues Company is without a doubt, the best news that any Blues fan can have in recent times.
