Joserra Senperena: Chamber Music for Trio

10 trio piano,
biolin eta akordeoirako (10 trios for piano, violin and accordion) is a chamber music
project.  The music written for cinema and the arrangements done for
orchestra have prompted the pianist to compose in a different way. The sounds
become prominent and the dialogue among the three instruments bring the
listener closer in terms of timbres and language to classical music. What we
have here are sounds, harmony and different rhythms, from the lyrical all the
way to abstraction, without any prejudgement, with the exclusive aim of making
music, leaving the limitations of genres on one side. In short, 21^st
century contemporary music.

Making up
the trio are two young, first-class musicians: the violin player Xabier Gil, and Naiara de la Puente
on the accordion.
