A winner of the best vocalist award at the west coast blues hall awards, Tia has long fronted her own bands in California and made successful recordings. Her latest work, You gotta have it, released by Little Village Fundation in 2021 has been nominated for best blues album at the prestigious BMAs awarded in Memphis every year.

Tia Carroll is soul, blues, power and passion. She sings her heart out from the heart. California is well represented when this powerful vocalist shares her talent around the world. Tia has headlined successful performances at festivals, clubs and theatres around the world. Inspired by music legends such as Koko Taylor, Tina Turner and Aretha Franklin, she has made a name for herself in the black music scene.
