Without fear of contradiction, it can be said that Ñaco Goñi is one the most important blues-harmonica exponent at a European level. We can appreciate this on the CD Blues Company, in which they have taken good advantage of ten years recordings with a number of groups and musicians.
Today Ñaco’s group is Los Bluescavidas with its strong and elegant R & B. The Directo en Moby Dick album testifies to this. Malcolm Scarpa has been Ñaco’s blues buddy since the 80’s and in Berriz blues sessions diatonic acordionist Joseba Tapia collaborated in 1986 recordings.
Finally, 1980-2000 is the title the couple have given the CD which summarise their work over this period. Rhythm and Blues.
